Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to join their Project Team for CAD drafting and BIM modelling. Candidates should have a Specialist Diploma in BIM, good knowledge of CAD and BIM tools, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards.
• Responsible for CAD drafting and modelling of electrical system layouts.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on design and submission aspects.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes
• Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of piping, ACMV, HVAC, and electrical system / power plant layouts
• Create and modify existing engineering design and models
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
• Ensure drawing and design meet projects / tenders deadline
• Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
• Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants

Requirements

• Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) preferred
• Good knowledge of CAD software and well-versed in using BIM software / tools, such as Autodesk Revit
• Minimum 3 years of related drafting experience in the M&E (ACMV) in Construction Industry
• Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent and technologically forward-looking
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyse issues and creatively identify solutions
