Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a BIM Specialist to prepare and update BIM Models and Shop Drawings for fire protection and ACMV projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore and is skilled in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Knowledge of local standards is preferred. This role requires teamwork and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Mechanical Building Services: FIRE & ACMV.
• Knowledge of Singapore Standards (CP52, CP10, SS575, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM Model (3D in Revit MEP) & Shop Drawings (2D in AutoCAD) for submission.
• Update BIM Model and ensure accuracy of Shop Drawings.
• Attend BIM Coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• To prepare BIM Model (3D in Revit MEP) & Shop Drawings (2D in AutoCAD) for Submission as per schedule. (Fire Protection & ACMV)
• Update BIM Model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of Shop Drawings.
• Work closely with Project Teams on drawing amendments & updates.
• Attend BIM Coordination meeting.
• Any other related tasks as assigned by Project Manager / Director.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Singapore (Mechanical Building Services: FIRE & ACMV
• Priority for knowledge of Singapore Standards (CP52, CP10, SS575 & etc.)
• Good skill in using Revit MEP, AutoCAD & Navisworks Manage.
• Able to work in a Team, as well as independently and responsibly.
• Flexible & easily adapt to learn.
• Able to work under pressure.
