Job summary

A local construction firm in Singapore is seeking a drafting professional to support architectural and engineering projects. Responsibilities include creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, preparing for planning submissions, and coordinating with stakeholders. Job description

Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and other related drawings from design drafts

Prepare 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings

Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes

Coordinate with project team and external stakeholders on tender and construction drawings

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad

Proficient in AutoCAD drafting

Candidates who possess basic knowledge in Revit and Navisworks will have an added advantage
