Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Specialist to create and manage BIM Models throughout project lifecycles. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating design changes and producing construction drawings using Autodesk software. Relevant experience in BIM and AutoCAD is critical for this role, and teamwork capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit/Navisworks and AutoCAD software.
• Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural and MEP construction documents/drawings.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• To create BIM models and build the BIM libraries
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes;
• To produce construction drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools
• Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM/CAD with adequate detail
