Job description

Job Description

1. Work closely with the project team on site on the production of drawings.
2. Produce all required drawings and details for submission and approval.
3. Ensure construction documents, parameters information accuracy for BIM Model, including compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.
4. Adhere to BIM Execution Plan BIM Project workflow criteria.
5. Prepare shop drawings for approval.
6. Prepare drawings 3D Model for construction, coordination as built purposes.
7. Monitor update model as per site condition changes.
8. Able to import integrate other 3D models various softwares (e.g. Sketchup, Rhino etc.)
9. Folllow BIM standards, deliverables and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project.
10. Create and develop Parametric Family as per parameter depending on specialities of materials.
11. Able to adapt with other BIM Modelling tools required in projects.
12. In-charge of Clash Detection for AS reports.
13. Perform drafting, design calculations.
14. Maintain update drawings as needed make corrections drawings as directed by supervisors.
15. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years similar experience as a BIM Modeler in similar capacity.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM softwares/tools, Revit Archi, Planbar, Tekla and MS Office.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
