Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a BIM Modeller Coordinator Engineer (C&S, ARCHI, M&E) to develop and coordinate 2D/3D BIM models for civil and structural works on residential/infrastructure projects. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM workflows is essential.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of BIM experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a track record from an engineering contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Proficient in REVIT and BIM workflows.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM-related experience.
• Experience with Civil/Structural or M&E coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate C&S 2D/3D BIM models.
• Familiar with BIM documentation and shop drawings from models.
• Collaborate across C&S, ARCHI and M&E disciplines.
• Maintain project standards and drawing quality.
