Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a BIM Engineer to construct 3D models and prepare shop drawings using BIM software. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields and at least 2 years of experience in the local construction industry. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, along with a strong work ethic under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry (contractor firm preferred).
• Experienced in production of shop drawings.
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission and construction using BIM software.

Overview

To construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software

Work with BIM team for BIM 3D/4D/5D overall implementation plan according to company's goal

Support & coordinate drawing/technical issue with projects

Monitor submission schedule & resolve clash with project team

Provide technical support for tender

In charge of BIM drafter training

Assist technical manager in the administration of department

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry (contractor firm preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad/ Revit/Navisworks/Fuzor/Lumion etc

Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure)

Experienced in production of shop drawings

Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress
