Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a BIM Modeller to develop and deliver BIM models for construction projects. Qualifications

• Ability to develop and deliver BIM models and shop drawings with accuracy and quality.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver BIM models to support construction planning and documentation.
• Create and update BIM models in line with contract drawings.
• Produce accurate documentation and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Identify and report design discrepancies.
• Prepare and review construction shop drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

BIM Modeller (Construction Industry)

• Work Location: Choa Chu Kang Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $4500 + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Develop and deliver BIM models to support construction planning, documentation, and fabrication processes.
• Create and update BIM models in line with contract drawings and the latest project information.
• Produce accurate documentation and shop drawings from BIM models to facilitate construction activities.
• Identify and report design discrepancies to BIM Coordinators for resolution during design development.
• Prepare and review construction shop drawings and as-built documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, and site teams to support smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architectural/Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Civil & Structural Reinforcement/ Architectural/ electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks
• Develop and deliver BIM models and shop drawings with accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
