• Ensure timely delivery of 3D models and related outputs.
• Uphold internal BIM standards for model content, structure, and maintenance.
• Extract precise documentation and shop drawings directly from BIM models.
• Coordinate closely with project engineers to prepare technical drawings and submissions for approval.
• Contribute to cost‑efficient design development that meets client expectations and complies with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
