Responsibilities

• Draft, conceptual design and model for project drawings.
• Draft and scale drawings for submission to the relevant authorities for approval.
• Produce technical plans for civil, structural and electrical buildings and structures.
• Produce costing with Revit schedules.
• Modelling MEP services using Revit.
• Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications and standards.
• Liaise with consultants and sub-con on work progress and variations.
