Job summary

A construction and design firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled professional to prepare and update drawings for various project stages, primarily using AutoCAD and Revit. Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and update drawings and design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in drawings preparation and coordination.
• Plan and manage drawing submission to meet deadlines.
• Attend BIM model coordination meetings as required with project team and report on work process.
• Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standard and workflow improvements for ACMV projects.
• Record and control in and out drawing registry.
• Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM Modelling), Navisworks and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
