Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specifications and design documentation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to minimize conflicts during the construction phase
• Prepare and present 3D visualizations and simulations for project stakeholders
• Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and software

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller or in a similar role within the construction or design industry
