Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking a BIM Specialist with a strong background in BIM modeling and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves creating and updating BIM models, ensuring documentation alignment with project workflows, and assisting in BIM coordination. Candidates with skills in Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, and MicroStation are preferred. Part-time arrangements may be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in BIM modeling work.
• Experience in rail, civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in BIM coordination using Bentley or Autodesk coordination software is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Engineering (Civil) qualification, or equivalent.
• Experience in rail, civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in BIM modeling work.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, and MicroStation.
• Experience in BIM coordination using Bentley or Autodesk coordination software is an advantage.
