Job summary

A Singapore-based architecture firm is seeking a BIM Coordinator to assist in preparing BIM models and managing project workflows. Applicants should possess a Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC along with a minimum of 2 years experience in building construction. Knowledge of project requirements and regulations is essential. This role operates Mondays to Fridays, contributing to timely BIM deliverables in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in building construction (Architecture) in Singapore.
• Knowledge of authorities' requirements and overall project process.
• Familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM coordination meetings.
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect.
• Support project team to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely.
