Job summary

A leading construction recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler/Coordinator to build 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submissions and construction. The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil Engineering or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficient in Revit, Tekla, and MicroStation. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure, contributing to a dynamic construction team.

Qualifications

BIM Modeler/Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Build 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submissions and construction using BIM software.
• Update 3D models with the latest information and ensure shop drawing accuracy.
• Monitor clashes and inform the Project Design Team.
• Support the Project Design Team in managing RFIs.
• Meet drawing submission schedules.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in local construction (preferably contractor firm).
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation – AECOsim.
• Experienced in producing shop drawings.
• Able to work well both independently and in a team with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
