Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Specialist. The role involves updating BIM models using Revit, generating 2D drawings with AutoCAD, and collaborating with architects for project execution. Candidates should hold a diploma in Architecture, have a minimum of 5 years of experience with LTA projects, and be proficient in both BIM and CAD software. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM-related submission materials and ensure alignment with architectural and civil design standards.


• Work closely with architects and system-wide service contractors to ensure compliance with BIM requirements and support coordination meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent


• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to LTA projects.


• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with strong skills in 2D/3D CAD drafting using AutoCAD.


• Strong understanding of specifications, drawings, and construction workflows.


• Collaborative team player with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
