Precise Development Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team in the East Region. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) models to support the design and construction of our projects. This is a full‑time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using industry‑standard software.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure the models align with design requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate model revisions to resolve conflicts.
• Generate construction documentation, such as plans, sections, and elevations, from the BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training to project team members on the use of BIM software and processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role.
