Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant BIM experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM submission standards.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the setup and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Oversee BIM deliverables to meet both project and authority submission requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients on BIM-related matters.
