Job summary

Frontier Force Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned BIM Manager in Singapore to lead architectural and structural BIM modelling and coordination across complex commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, or educational projects under a main contractor.

You will set up BIM models from 3D to 6D, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, lead VDC meetings, manage the BIM team, and present plan and progress with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of Singapore experience in Architectural and Structural BIM modelling and coordination for commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, or educational projects under a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of shop drawing development and multidisciplinary coordination requirements during the construction stage.
• Ability to set up and manage BIM models from 3Dto 6D implementation
• Proven capability to lead VDC meetings
• Manage the project BIM team.
• Good presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM modelling and coordination across architectural and structural disciplines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free models during construction.
• Set up BIM models from 3D to 6D and oversee implementation.
• Lead VDC meetings and drive BIM-related project decisions.
• Manage and mentor the project BIM team.
• Present BIM progress and plans with clear communication.
