Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to lead BIM setup and implementation. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree, has over 5 years of experience in BIM, and possesses strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing BIM processes and ensuring project requirements are met using Autodesk software, including Revit and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience in BIM implementation, design and drafting.
• Has prior experience leading a team of BIM Modellers for various projects.
• In-depth working knowledge of BIM software.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BIM setup and implementation.
• Establish and enforce documented processes, BIM Execution plans and workflows.
• Oversee the creation, approval and management of BIM contents.
• Lead and mange BIM team, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Support and work closely with project team on BIM implementation and meeting project BIM requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience in BIM implementation, design and drafting.
• Has prior experience leading a team of BIM Modellers for various projects
• Proficiency and in-depth working knowledge of BIM of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit MEP/Structural/C&S and Navisworks, etc.
