Job description

a. BIM Manager

• 10+ years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in BIM software and in establishing required processes, procedures, and framework for BIM in projects; has at least 5 years of site supervision experience.
• Familiar with Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering aspects.
• Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, strong team player, and able to handle fast‑paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, and able to deliver presentations.
• Currently employed with the contractor for a minimum of 3 years; successfully instituted a BIM Company Deployment Plan and implemented a Project BIM Execution Plan for at least 2 projects.
• Completed a certification course in BIM Management.

b. Scheduler / Programmer

• At least 10 years of relevant construction experience, with at least 5 years developing and/or reviewing project schedules for every phase of construction, using Primavera P6.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Experience scheduling projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of works.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient in Primavera P6.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player, and able to handle fast-paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels and able to deliver presentations.

c. Project Engineer

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction of civil/structural/geotechnical works for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of works.
• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a recognised degree in the relevant field, subject to the acceptance of the OIC.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player, and able to handle fast‑paced projects.
