Roles & Responsibilities

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Drafting, or a related field.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be highly advantageous.

Expert-level in Autodesk Revit for Structural and / or Civil components.

Expert-level in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

In-depth understanding of civil engineering and structural principles, construction methods, and materials.

Strong knowledge of local Singapore codes and authority submission requirements (e.g., BCA, LTA, URA) is highly preferred.

Experience with BIM Level 2 workflows and Common Data Environments (CDE).

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Good communication skills to liaise with engineers and other project stakeholders.
