Job summary

A civil engineering and construction firm in Singapore seeks a skilled BIM Specialist to create BIM content and ensure deliverables for BIM assisted projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in BIM, is proficient in Revit, and possesses a degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Strong communication skills and adaptability in teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with BIM, preferably from an A1 Main Contractor or Consultants.
• Experience with Infrastructure Projects is an added advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM content and production documents for a BIM assisted project.
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication.
• Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
• Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant’s RFI to reflect the design intent
• Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings
• Creation of 2D families
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)

Requirements

• Higher Nitec Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering/ Diploma or Degree in Civil/ Architectural/ Mechanical Engineering or BIM
• Proven track record with at least 2 years full experiences with BIM, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants independently
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office
• Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Experience with Infrastructure Projects will be an added advantage
