L.S. CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a motivated BIM Coordinator to manage day-to-day BIM tasks on a project, support the team, ensure quality and compliance, and translate client requirements into model strategies.

You’ll support the BIM Manager to develop BEP, coordinate workflows across disciplines, maintain the central BIM model with version control, deliver clash reports and 3D visuals, and train project teams on BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in residential construction; HDB experience preferred.
• Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 experience preferred.
• Navisworks, Enscape or VRCollab skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the BIM Manager to develop BEP for the project.
• Execute BIM implementation processes per BEP.
• Manage and coordinate BIM standards across all disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and processes.
• Maintain central BIM model with version control.
• Prepare deliverables such as BIM models, clash reports and 3D visuals.
• Train and support project team members on BIM workflows.
• Participate in project meetings and provide BIM input.
