Overview

Our Client, a reputable MNC & leading A1 Main Contractor diverse in civil and large-scale railway infrastructure projects.

• Up to $6,500 basic + bonus!
• Participate in the New Building Hospital projects at Bedok area
• Permanent position.
• Experience in civil infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Design Manager (BIM) in implementing and developing BIM within the Planning and Engineering Section.
• Develop BIM capability and capacity for Architecture, Structures, MEP, 4D Scheduling, Clash Detection, and Construction Planning.
• Liaises with clients, consultants, and in-house team on the development and implementation of BIM and regulations.
• BIM coordination and production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents
• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot, and deliver modeling on time

Qualifications

• Nitec/ Diploma or equivalent in BIM/ Architectural /MEP/ Civil & Structural
• Experience in Railway or LTA projects preferred.
