Overview

We are hiring a BIM Coordinator to work full-time at a Water Treatment Plant project located at Tanah Merah, Singapore. The role will work on the digital design, deliverables related to 3D models, and drawings. This is a site-based role on 5.5 working days. Transport is available at Bedok MRT station.

Responsibilities

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders championing digitalisation strategies, improving project delivery and lifecycle management through optimised data management processes.
  • Managing digital transformation programs to shift stakeholder mindset and enhance the adoption of BIM and digital delivery practices across internal and external teams.
  • Drive the process re-engineering efforts, leveraging solutions to streamline construction management and model verification processes.
Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with prior experience as a BIM Coordinator.
  • Experience in managing contractors within one project is essential.
  • Relevant experience in large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects using 3D models. Working experience in process plant and/or wastewater treatment projects will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Bentley, Autodesk, and similar software. Knowledge of Bentley AECOsim/Open Buildings/Open Plant software will be an added advantage.

The advertised salary is all-in. The actual offer will depends on the technical competencies and interpersonal skills to perform the required tasks.
