Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore seeks an experienced MEP BIM Specialist to manage and create high-quality MEP BIM models using Revit. The successful candidate will independently conduct clash analysis, prepare CADD drawings, and contribute to BIM project setups. Familiarity with generating COBie data and creating Revit libraries is a plus. This role requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, ensuring effective MEP service layouts and designs.

Qualifications

• Ability to create Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) BIM models using Revit accurately.
• Experience in carrying out clash analysis of MEP services.
• Proficient in preparing CADD drawings and tender submission documents.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MEP BIM models independently.
• Assist BIM Manager when required.
• Prepare drawings including detailed plan, elevation, and isometric drawings.

Job description

• Able to Independently create Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) BIM model using Revit with high level of accuracy
• Able to independently carry out clash analysis of the MEP services and resolve the area of clashes
• Assist BIM Manger if required
• Responsible for MEP BIM Project setup and Maintenance of BIM model
• Able to independently create the necessary 3D BIM Revit libraries and families for MEP, piping and accessories such as valves, etc.
• Responsible for generating MEP COBie using Autodesk Revit, will be an added advantage.
• Prepare CADD drawings such as detailed plan, elevation, detail and section, isometric drawings, 3D drawings, single-line, double-line and schematic drawings
• Preparation of tender drawings and authority submission drawings.
• Sketch and design the layout of MEP services and routings of MEP services with consideration of space for maintenance and operation.
• Need to attend BIM Coordination meeting whenever necessary.
