Job summary

A leading building contractor in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage and implement BIM strategies across major projects. You will be responsible for examining and managing 3D models, leading a BIM team, and resolving design issues. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Civil/Engineering and at least 5 years of BIM experience, particularly in Singapore projects. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, alongside multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

BIM COORDINATOR – Build projects (4 vacancies)

As a BIM Coordinator, do you like to act as a key player on major projects, and actually make a difference?

Do you want to work for a company who works on some of the biggest projects in Singapore and have the reputation as the employer of choice?

Our client is one of the building contractors in Singapore. They have a number of current large scale groundbreaking projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore’s most prestigious upcoming projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Examine and manage 3D models from clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Inspect and conduct review models in Autodesk Revit, Naviswork and AutoCAD
• Lead, manage and support BIM Team
• Establish BIM implementation and maintain data
• Handle the management of the design review, drawings and constructability investigation
• Manage, update and review BIM Project Documents
• Resolve design issues
• Liaise with the specialist trades and sub-contractors (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
• Lead regular meetings with the Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil/ Engineering/M&E or any relevant discipline
• MUST be flexible to create Models according to Project’s Need
• Proven track record with at least 5 years’ solid work 2D/3D/4D/5D BIM implementation and management experience
• Singapore Building Project experience is a MUST (HDB, Commercial Build or Hospital/Healthcare Projects)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM Software
• MUST have an eye for details and can multitask
• Knowledgeable in specialist trade works
