Job description

Manage and execute BIM modeling, integration, and coordination for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Civil & Structural (C&S) disciplines.

Utilize BIM models for clash detection and issue review, and coordinate with engineers from various disciplines to resolve conflicts.

Produce high-quality Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Coordinated Model Drawings (CMD), and other shop drawings based on project requirements.

Create and manage the project's 4D construction schedule simulations using software like Fuzor and Synchro 4D to support project planning and progress reporting.

Maintain clear communication with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the accuracy of BIM models and the effective transfer of information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

A diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

Solid understanding of M&E and C&S engineering principles. Candidates with hands‑on project coordination experience will be preferred.

BIM Skills:

Proficient in major BIM modeling software, such as Autodesk Revit.

Must have project experience in independently producing Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Coordinated Model Drawings (CMD).

Core Requirement:

Proven, hands‑on experience in BIM 4D construction simulation, with proficiency in Fuzor and Synchro 4D.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
