Responsibilities

• Prepare and amend schematic, detailed and production drawings.
• Develop solutions to solve technical and design issues on an onsite basis.
• Prepare 2D/3D CAD/BIM designs for presentations submission purposes.
• Able to compute basic technical calculations as per project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination on the project.
• Attend all technical, design and consultants meetings to understand the latest onsite requirements and ensure drawings and designs are up to date.
• Lead and mentor junior CAD/BIM colleagues.
• Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor.
