Job summary

A leading MEP engineering firm in Singapore seeks a professional to design and draft MEP layouts and details. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Revit and CAD software. Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings and coordinating with engineers and project managers.

• Experienced in the M&E contractor environment.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
• Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
• Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
• Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
• To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / MEP / BIM or its equivalent
• Minimum 3-8 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Experienced in the M&E contractor environment.
