A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator responsible for managing BIM processes across projects. The ideal candidate needs at least 5 years of experience in drafting/documentation and 2 years in BIM coordination, with strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD. The BIM Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing BIM processes across construction projects. You’ll ensure BIM models are accurate, organized, and shared efficiently among all stakeholders.
Assist with modeling, family creation, detailing, scheduling, and sheet setup.
Create custom Revit families based on project needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve design and coordination issues.
Manage and share updated models and documents with the project team and consultants.
Participate in coordination meetings and ensure proper model version control.
Maintain organized digital records, including as-built/record models.
Ensure compliance with Singapore construction regulations.
Experience in drawing coordination and BIM management in Singapore Construction Industry.
Maintain accurate As-Built/Record Model.
Facilitate the transfer of information on the file sharing exchange protocol.
Perform QAQC on modelled elements to ensure quality.
Ensure all exported information are recorded in the correct directory.
Degree in Architecture/Engineering/ Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent.
At least 5 years of drafting/documentation experience, with at least 2 years in BIM coordination.
Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Docs, and tools like Enscape, VRcollab, or Revizto.
Solid knowledge of current BIM software and processes.
Familiarity with Singapore’s construction industry standards.
Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Self-driven, organized, and able to handle tasks independently.
Committed to high work standards and continuous learning in BIM.
