Qualifications

• 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Familiarity with AP billing and audit processes.
• Exposure to trust accounts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review WIP reports to assess billable status.
• Manage end-to-end billing processes.
• Handle trust account transactions including monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register in Cognos.
