Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Secretary (cum Interpreter) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director. This full-time role involves managing business correspondence, schedules, and serving as a liaison with the Japan Headquarters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency in both English and Business Japanese. Experience in a Japanese company is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and a focus on career progression.

Basic Salary up to $5,000 with yearly increment
5 Days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)

Qualifications

  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Experience in a Japanese company is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Business Japanese (JLPT N1 or above preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, communication, and coordination support to the Director.
  • Manage business correspondence, schedules, meetings, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities and prepare reports.
