Job summary

TIEN HSIA LANGUAGE SCHOOL is seeking a customer service oriented staff member to manage enrollments, registrations and fee collection. You will handle inquiries from parents and students, and support daily school operations at locations Bukit Batok, Punggol or Joo Koon.

The role requires bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, patience with children, and availability for weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays. This is an on-site position serving our local student community.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation required.
