Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end key account management.
• Manage customer enquiries and complaints via email and calls.
• Expedite all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.
• Assist to manage clients and vendors administratively.
• Assist to oversee projects to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Update SOPs, billing and payment instructions.
• Work on RFQs from clients.
• Prepare invoices.
• Manage the import/export declaration processes.
