You will plan and manage daily classroom operations to create a safe and engaging learning environment for preschool children.

Qualifications

• Experience as Preschool/Nursery/Kindergarten teacher.
• Valid Kindergarten Teacher and/or Childcare qualification.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily classroom operations to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Provide quality care, supervision, and early childhood education for preschool children.
• Conduct regular health and well-being checks for children and monitor their development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, development, and daily activities.
• Conduct parent meetings and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Prepare classroom materials, learning resources, and activity setups.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Perform other childcare and classroom-related duties as assigned.
