The successful candidate must be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary.
  • Knowledge in basic accounting and finance.
  • Experience in Marine industry or listed companies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules of senior executives.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Prepare documents and presentations in English and Mandarin.
