Our vision is clear: to create a smarter, safer world by harnessing the power of Robotics. As Bid Manager, Robotics, you will own the end-to-end bid process for Certis’ robotics projects. You will ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and commercially viable, while coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Deployment to translate client requirements into actionable technical and commercial solutions.
Your Impact
- Lead the bid process for robotics projects, delivering high-quality proposals on time that meet client expectations and internal standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to ensure bids are technically sound and commercially strong.
- Coordinate inputs from Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to produce cohesive, compliant submissions.
- Facilitate bid reviews and approvals to ensure alignment with business objectives and risk thresholds.
- Monitor bid profitability, cash flow, and risk exposure, and develop mitigation plans where necessary.
Technical & Commercial Enablement
- Translate client needs into technical and commercial bid components that highlight operational value.
- Promote Certis’ robotics portfolio including autonomous patrol robots, delivery bots, quadrupeds, and AI-enabled systems by clearly articulating unique value propositions.
- Develop whitepapers, presentations, and workshops to demonstrate innovation and solution fit.
- Influence upcoming RFPs to align with our strengths, service capabilities, and differentiators.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Robotics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years in bid management, technical sales, or solution development, ideally in robotics, automation, smart systems, or emerging technologies.
- Proven track record securing complex enterprise or government contracts in innovation-driven sectors.
- Strong understanding of strategic sales processes and ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Solid knowledge of robotics platforms, AI-driven systems, and IoT infrastructure with the ability to translate technical capabilities into operational impact.
- Experience collaborating across regions and cultures, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
