Job summary

A local bike shop in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual for a bicycle servicing role. This position involves servicing, assembling, and repairing bicycles while providing outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, mechanical skills, and a positive attitude. Working hours are from Monday to Saturday. Opportunities for promotion to shop manager are available.

Strictly Mon to Sat 12 - 630pm

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and servicing according to our service package for bicycles (Folding bikes and Road bikes).
• Ability to assemble and build up new bikes.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and carry out bicycle maintenance and repair on bicycles.
• Listening to customers, identifying problems, developing and proposing solutions, performing repairs, replacing parts, and providing quotes.
• Able to use PC for Point of Sales

Requirements

• Mature and responsible with minimum 2 years of bicycle servicing experience required.
• Mechanically inclined, with great attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented, positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to serve and help others.
• Reliable, dependable, punctual to work, team player, and have a can do attitude.
