Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related Science/Engineering fields.
• Min. 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in the dairy or beverage industry.
• Knowledge in food packaging qualification; certified lead auditor qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all Business Units to analyze monthly performance data.
• Partner with Business Units on audits and quality risk assessments.
• Maintain TQM resource documents and oversee approval matrices.
• Support creation and maintenance of R&D policies in line with standards.
• Evaluate new vendors for ingredients and packaging.
• Plan and execute sterility tests and hygiene verifications.
• Develop quality plans for all Business Units.
• Undertake other assignments/projects as assigned.
