Job Title: Team Lead of Curriculum Development and Teaching Management

We are looking for a Team Lead of Curriculum Development and Teaching Management who has solid Singapore’s education curriculum to join our dynamic team to strengthen our product line.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage and review content for Mathematics ensuring alignment with Singapore’s MOE curriculum and examinations (N2-K2, AEIS, PSLE);
  • Closely monitor students’ progress through regular visits to learning centres;
  • Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, course delivery (inspiring students' interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits, answering students' questions in time);
  • Feedback on student's learning situation (timely feedback to parents about the student's learning situation, summarizing learning issues and proposing study suggestions);
  • Other office management and ad-hoc responsibilities.
How You Can Be Qualified:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • 0-3 years of prior teaching/education experience;
  • Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground - up;
  • Able to work under pressure and is proactive;
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication;
  • Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and possesses a growth mindset and eager to learn new things and personal development.
