Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a customer service role. This position involves responding to inquiries, maintaining case logs, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely resolution. Applicants should have a Diploma and strong communication skills. This is a 2-year contract position offering a salary of $3,000 - $3,500.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details, service oriented and a good team player.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
  • Knowledge with SAP-HR will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiry cases regarding benefits and personal claims reimbursement via email and phone with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain detailed case logs and compile monthly reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of cases.
  • Escalate urgent or sensitive cases for prioritised handling.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback when necessary.
