Job summary

A leading behavioral therapy provider in Singapore is seeking therapists to support children with Autism and related issues. Responsibilities include attending therapy sessions, preparing for sessions, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with supervisors. Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or degree and possess strong interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided. Job Description & Requirements

We are a leading provider of behavioural therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum and those with ADHD, learning difficulties with more than 20 years of experience. We are the only ACE Certified authorized continuing education provider certified by BACB in Singapore.

As part of our team of therapists, you will undergo continuing in‑house training and regular supervision. In this specialized field, we specialise in ABA Verbal Behaviour Therapy. If you feel you have what it takes and meet the prerequisites below, we invite you to apply to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Attend each assigned individual or group therapy session
  • Prepare well for each session in advance
  • Monitor and submit students’ progress report
  • Attend initial and ongoing monthly staff training and regular supervision with Program Supervisor, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
  • Work with your Program Supervisor, BCBA’s to ensure each child remains on track with their planned progress
  • Conduct centre-based and home-based therapy at multiple locations (approved travel expenses will be reimbursed)
Prerequisites
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Ability to interact and work well with children
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative, fun-loving and energetic disposition
  • Highly self‑motivated, can work independently also in a team, strong sense of responsibility and keen to learn.
  • Completely committed to the progress of every child in your charge

Prior related internship/volunteering experience is a plus and Fresh graduates are welcome.

We provide initial and ongoing staff training.
