Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is looking for enthusiastic individuals to promote brand products across various outlets in Singapore. Responsibilities include engaging customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring brand compliance. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be available for flexible hours, including weekends and festive periods. Relevant experience in F&B or retail is preferred, but training will be provided.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the brand’s products professionally at assigned outlets.
• Engage customers with product knowledge, samples (where applicable), and brand messaging in a responsible and compliant manner.
• Ensure products are well-displayed and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Achieve sales or engagement targets as set by the supervisor.
• Support restocking and merchandising when required.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports.
• Uphold responsible drinking standards and represent the brand positively at all times.

Requirements

• Available to work weekends, evenings, and festive periods.
• Prior experience in F&B, retail, or events preferred; training will be provided.
• Must adhere to the Brand Promoter Manual and company policies regarding conduct and responsible service.

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week
• 3:00 - 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 3:30 - 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Depend on location/outlet)
