Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Visual Merchandiser to collaborate with brand teams on campaign execution and to uphold brand identity across all retail displays.

You will coordinate with VM teams, manage budgets, and assist the VM Director on various projects. The role requires a diploma/degree in visual merchandising and experience in cosmetics retail, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising required.
• Experience in visual merchandising, beauty/cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of display tools and layout software.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with brands on execution aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
• Serve as key communicator with brand VM teams on guidelines.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across store locations and displays.
• Manage visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of displays.
• Coordinate with local partners to arrange permits and manpower, ensuring strong execution and reporting completion.
• Provide daily communication and weekly WIP reports with brands.
• Assist the VM Director in all projects.
