Job summary

NGEE ANN Medical PTE. LTD. in Orchard is seeking an experienced aesthetic therapist to perform facial, body, and device-based treatments.

You will assess clients, propose treatment plans in line with medical guidance, and deliver exceptional service. With a minimum of 2 years in aesthetics, strong sales and consultation skills, and superb communication, you will maintain a pristine workspace, upsell treatments and products, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in aesthetic/beauty industry preferred.
• Strong sales and consultation skills will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial, body, and device-based treatments in a safe and effective manner.
• Conduct basic skin and body analysis prior to treatments to assess clients' conditions and needs.
• Understand clients' aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatment plans in alignment with the doctor's advice.
• Promote and upsell the company's treatments, packages, and skincare products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of treatment rooms and equipment at all times.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and treatment targets set by management.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (1 day work, 1 day off)

Location: Orchard
