Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial / body treatments and recommend suitable treatment according to customers needs
• Sales of services, products and packages to the customers.
• Follow up treatment results with the customers
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Assist branch manager in outlet daily operations and duties: stocks, appointment bookings
• Interacts cooperatively with other spa co-workers in providing excellent customer experience
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
