Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily salon activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform professional beauty services, including facials, eyebrow embroidery, threading, waxing, skincare treatments, and related services.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to uphold salon standards and deliver consistent performance.
• Monitor inventory, order beauty products and supplies, and ensure all equipment is maintained properly.
• Manage client bookings, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to increase client retention and salon visibility.
• Prepare and submit reports on staff performance, sales, and operations to management.
