Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily salon activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform professional beauty services, including facials, eyebrow embroidery, threading, waxing, skincare treatments, and related services.
- Maintain a high level of service quality and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Train, guide, and motivate staff to uphold salon standards and deliver consistent performance.
- Monitor inventory, order beauty products and supplies, and ensure all equipment is maintained properly.
- Manage client bookings, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to increase client retention and salon visibility.
- Prepare and submit reports on staff performance, sales, and operations to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a professional beauty salon setting.
- Proven expertise in facial treatments, eyebrow embroidery, skin care, and other aesthetic services.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
- Excellent customer service orientation and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
