Job descriptions

• Conduct professional face-to-face consultation for beauty and body treatments and recommend suitable treatment and services to customers.
• Able to perform beauty and/or body wellness treatment services will be a plus point but not necessary.
• Follow up treatment results with the customers.
• Ensure client satisfaction and comfort after each treatment.
• Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
• Achieve sales target and beauty goals with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O’level / A’ level/Diploma or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in beauty/wellness industry.
• Willing to work retail hours.
• Possess beauty certification – ITEC or CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual, able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries and feedback from Chinese-speaking customers is preferred.
